When we were up-grading from one condo to another, I was introduced to Iain Wallace by my broker, to arrange for a bridge-loan and subsequent refinancing. The process was much more tedious and complex than I had anticipated but Iain’s attention to details and above all, the patience to explain all the steps, made everything progress very smoothly. Iain did ALL paperwork and we only had to provide a few signatures and eventually  everything was done to our full satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with Iain and I would highly recommend his services.
